Stafford Branch - Exercise class

The class is only available to people living with Parkinson`s but a partner/carer is able to join should the person require support to enable them to take part . Venue has an on site cafe which partners / carers can make use of whilst the class rakes place . The class allows people with Parkinson`s family & carers to enjoy the company of others sharing experiences of Parkinson`s and supporting one another.
