Stafford Branch - Exercise Class

A structured exercise class to suit anyone with Parkinson's. Includes a range of exercises which can be adapted to suit ability. Led by physio with knowledge of Parkinson's.

The class is only available to people living with Parkinson`s but a partner/carer is able to join should the person require support to enable them to take part. 

Venue has an on site cafe which partners / carers can make use of whilst the class takes place. 

The class allows people with Parkinson's, family and carers to enjoy the company of others, sharing experiences of Parkinson's and supporting one another.

Cost is £3 per session.
