Stafford Branch - Exercise class

A structured exercise class to suit anyone with Parkinson's . Includes a range of exercises which can be adapted to suit ability. Led by physio with knowledge of Parkinson's.

The class is only available to people living with Parkinson`s but a partner/carer is able to join should the person require support to enable them to take part . 

Venue has an on site cafe which partners / carers can make use of whilst the class rakes place . 

The class allows people with Parkinson`s family & carers to enjoy the company of others sharing experiences of Parkinson's and supporting one another.

Cost is £3 per session.
