Stafford Branch - Exercise Class

A structured exercise class to suit anyone with Parkinson's. Includes a range of exercises which can be adapted to suit ability. Led by physio with knowledge of Parkinson's.

The class is only available to people living with Parkinson`s but a partner/carer is able to join should the person require support to enable them to take part. 

Venue has an on site cafe which partners / carers can make use of whilst the class takes place. 

The class allows people with Parkinson`s, family and carers to enjoy the company of others, sharing experiences of Parkinson's and supporting one another.

Cost is £3 per session.
