Spring Steps (Inclusive Fitness Programme)
An inclusive and fun fitness programme for people who are independently mobile and prefer standing exercises to help improve mobility and maintain health conditions.
Class incorporates low-impact cardio, balance, muscle strength and joint mobility exercises.
Session content is easy to follow and can be adapted for individual needs, with music and small apparatus, this is at an upstreamed intensity rather than chair based exercise.
£7 pay as you go or £6 block booking.
