Southampton Group Meeting

We offer information, friendship and support to local people affected by Parkinson's, including family members and carers. Join us at our monthly meeting and meet other people affected by Parkinson's in your area over light refreshments. We also usually have a session of tai chi and a speaker.

There is usually no meeting in December as we arrange a Christmas lunch instead. 

No need to book - just come along!
