South Tyneside Support Group

Join us in an informal setting at our new venue Ocean Road Community centre for conversation, laughter, friendship and mutual support. We don't have any formal activities for this social meeting, we just like to catch up over a cuppa.

We welcome people with Parkinson's, family members, partners, carers, and friends.

First Thursday of the month at 10am.  

Free to attend, just buy your own refreshments.

The Exercise class follows this meeting (optional).
