Singing for Health and Wellbeing (Worcester)
Come along to one of Karen's friendly singing sessions! Based on the principles of promoting health and wellbeing through singing, you will build confidence and make new friends whilst singing songs you know and love!
No singing experience necessary, these fun and relaxed sessions are led by an experienced and qualified "Singing for Health" Practitioner. You will be led through exercises to help improve your breathing, physical health and mental wellbeing, all whilst having fun.
Sessions cost £3.50 each and there is no need to book - just turn up and join in!
