Sing Out

Held every Wednesday at Plymouth Music Zone (PMZ) from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

Sing Out is a friendly singing group for adults with brain injury or neurological conditions such as stroke and multiple sclerosis, and for people living with Parkinson's. Carers, friends and family are also welcome.

Sing Out costs £3 a workshop, a variety of payment options are available as well as concessions. 

This workshop is led by PMZ Music Leader, Josie Newton. We sing along with Josie on her guitar and have a refreshment break at 3pm. The songs are popular songs through the decades with song books provided.
