Sing to Beat Parkinson's - Colchester

Singing has been shown to be beneficial for people living with Parkinson's, helping to retain and strengthen voice and allows a space for people to connect with others and socialise in a fun friendly group. This session offers around an hour of singing and voice based exercises followed by a tea/coffee and social chat afterwards.

This popular session is £5 per person, but with companions attending for free.

It takes part in a fully accessible hall, with plenty of on site parking.

Session information is always kept up to date here.
