Sheffield Walking Group
The Sheffield Support group walking group meet every second Saturday of the month from 10.30am to 12.30pm, ready to walk at 10.30am.
Walking and talking is a great way to get to know people. It’s good to talk with people who have experience of living with Parkinson’s and we welcome carers, family members and friends and their dogs to join us too!
The walks are led by Bhanu and/or Melanie. The distance of the walks average at 2 km depending on each park’s layout, but all have benches along the route to stop and stretch or rest, plus the pace is easy so we can chat.
The walk plus refreshments afterwards usually lasts between 2 and 2 ½ hours.
We welcome you to join us at:-
