Sheffield Parkinson’s Support Group Quarterly Meetings

We welcome people with Parkinson's, family, friends and carers to join us at our friendly social meeting from 2pm to 4pm at Tapton Masonic Hall, Shore Lane, Sheffield, S10 3BU. 

We usually arrange a speaker followed by time for people to chat over refreshments, hear about recent developments and also to meet other people living with Parkinson's and the local volunteers. People who have been recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s are particularly welcome.

Please come along and join us on:

  • Tuesday 3 March 2026 We will be sharing information about NHS Therapy Services in Sheffield. 

    Adele Nelson (Occupational Therapist) and colleagues will outline the range of NHS Allied Health Services in Sheffield and their relevance for people with Parkinson’s. In particular, the focus will be Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy, provided mostly at Nether Edge Outpatients Clinic.

World Parkinson’s Day will be coming round again on Saturday 11 April 2026. The March meeting will be an opportunity to share ideas for taking part in activities to mark the date.
