Seated Tai Chi, Berkhamsted

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact practice that can be easily adapted to a wide range of fitness levels and health conditions. With its slow, intentional movements, it supports better posture and body alignment. Often called “meditation in motion”

Tai Chi encourages mindfulness and can be a calming way to reduce stress and quiet the mind.
