Seated non contact boxing
A seated exercise class that builds fitness and improves physical wellbeing using non-contact boxing-style exercises.
Suitable for people with Parkinson's and their carer's, all abilities welcome.
Attendance is free but please get in touch to book a place.
Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and suitable footwear.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
