Seated Exercise Class
This class is run by an experienced personal trainer on the second and fourth Friday of the month, starting Friday 27th September 2024. The class runs 12 noon to 1pm in Wimbledon Park Hall, a couple of minutes walk from Wimbledon Park tube station.
The classes will all be seated. They will consist of simple, basic but effective exercise involving soft fitness balls and light hand weights.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
