Seated Exercise - Bridlington
Seated exercise is a fantastic way to stay active, improve your health, and boost your mood.
This fun, social session is suitable for all abilities and is led by an experienced instructor, Nikki Parker.
This session has multiple benefits including: improved muscle strength, heart health, flexibility, balance and coordination.
- Partners/carers are welcome or encouraged to join.
- There is plenty of free parking and easy access for people who use rollators or wheelchairs.
- £3 per person (carers attend free of charge).
Once a month on the first Tuesday of the month, the seated exercise session will be followed by the Bridlington Parkinson’s cafe meeting in the cafe area, from 10.45am to 12.15pm.
