Seated Exercise - Bridlington
- Seated exercise is a fantastic way to stay active, improve your health, and boost your mood.
- This fun, social session is suitable for all abilities and is led by an experienced instructor, Nikki Parker.
- This session has multiple benefits including: improved muscle strength, heart health, flexibility, balance and coordination.
- Partners/carers are welcome or encouraged to join
- There is plenty of free parking and easy access for people who use rollators or wheelchairs
- £3.00 per person (carers attend free of charge)
- Once a month on the first Tuesday of the month the seated exercise session will be followed by the Bridlington Parkinson’s cafe meeting in the cafe area, from 10.45am - 12.15pm
