Seated Exercise based on Pilates
A seated exercise session, open to people with Parkinson's and their partners, which is based around Pilates.
Led by an ex Ballet dancer the sessions include sequences of movement to help keep your brain active as well as your body.
The moves promote core strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and posture which can help to manage Parkinson's symptoms.
Remember to wear loose fitting clothing and bring a bottle of water.
There is a charge of £3 per person per session.
