Seated exercise, Alnwick

Weekly seated exercise led by an experienced instructor. Open to all, but those with Parkinson’s or MS are especially welcome.

Suitable for all abilities, please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

Normally on a Monday at 1pm.

Cost: £6.80 full price. Concessions can range between £3.50-£4.50

Booking is essential.
