Seated Exercise
The class is accessible to anyone, as the majority of the session will be seated. Some standing balance elements may be included, of which participants can use assistance. The class will primarily focus on mobility, strength and balance to improve the general functionality and wellbeing of its participants.
Carers, friends and/or family members could be involved if they wish but people with parkinsons take priority.
The venue is accessible for those who use scooters and very nearby to town. The venue also has toilets.
Clothing that participants feel comfortable exercising in is advised, alongside appropriate footwear (non-slip, covered flat shoes/trainers. Not sandals etc.) Bringing a bottle of water is also advised
