Seated Exercise
Join our seated exercise sessions, designed for people affected by Parkinson's to promote fitness, strength and stability.
Sessions are led by a professional, qualified physiotherapist. They take place on the 2nd and 4th (and 5th if in month) of every month.
There's no need to book, just come along. You don't need to bring anything, but feel free to bring a bottle of water if you wish.
There's free parking available on site.
