Seated / Chair Based Yoga
Join us for this gentle, seated exercise class. Particularly beneficial to those living with Parkinson's or other long term health conditions, but open to all who want to exercise at their own pace.
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/baller barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Spaces can be booked via the Everyone Active app or website - look for 'Chair Based Yoga'.
The cost is £6.80 per session, however these sessions are included within Everyone Active's Parkinson's Memberships.
