NHS-Approved exercises for Healthier ageing. Sit, stand or mix it up, with music and adaptations for all movements. These classes are suitable for most abilities and health conditions.
Every week, we work on Flexibility, Stability, Strength and Heart & Lung health. We move to music and learn what generally happens to the body as we age, and what we can do to stay mobile and independent whatever is going on.
All movements taught have practical applications in everyday life so just wear whatever you are comfortable moving in - and closed, non-slippy footwear.
Limited parking spaces outside but more spaces on the surrounding streets. Blue badge parking on yellow lines outside the venue.
Step-free access to the venue with accessible toilet.
