Rocksteady Boxing for Parkinson's

Rocksteady Boxing is a boxercise based exercise session designed specifically for people with Parkinson's. There is no contact and instead boxing based methods are used to promote movement. Boxing has been shown to have benefits around balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and so much more. 

Two sessions per week:
Tuesday: 10:30am - 11:30am
Thursday: 10:30am - 11:30am
