Off road biking- for Parkinson's

Led off-road cycle rides in small groups (maximum 6 people). Rides tailored to individual members of the group, using local trails and parks in and around Bolton. All abilities welcome. 

Please wear clothing suitable for weather conditions, lightweight gloves, flat shoes and bring a water bottle.

Bikes and ebikes available for hire for £5.

The first ride will start from Leverhulme Park. Rides will take place at various locations, please contact Graham at Wave Adventure for more information and to book your place.
