A really friendly and informal group meet up for people affected by Parkinson's, including family and carers.

Have a cup of tea and a chat with people who understand your situation. 

Our group offers peer support and friendship, as well as activities throughout the year, such as exercise taster sessions, speakers, quizzes and much more.
