Qigong for Health

  • Qigong is a Chinese exercise programme that is easy for all to take part in. It caters for all abilities and while it has similarities to the related Tai Chi, it doesn't have routines to remember or involve complex stances. In fact Qigong can be performed seated and we have sections in the session that are done sitting.
  • The classes are friendly, require no special equipment or clothing, and there is no need to get on the floor. The venue is fully accessible with toilet facilities, and parking is available.
  • Your instructor has 20+ years experience, and has taught classes independently for PDS for a number of years.
  • The class is run on 10 week term with fees paid and booking for individuals can be via email. £60 for 10 week term
  • If you require a partner/carer to attend, this can be specified when booking.
