- Prance is an accessible movement class designed for people with long-term health concerns.
- The class encourages clients to move regularly in a friendly environment to mitigate issues such as mobility, balance and other fitness challenges.
- Using a combination of music, bands, blocks, gliders etc, with seated and standing options, the sessions will have various focuses each week to improve movement flow and body awareness and improve physical, social and mental wellbeing
