Pool session (Main Pool)

This pool session is ran by an Occupational Therapist and Sports Coach, making the pool accessible to those with long term health conditions.

The pool pod is available to use if required. 

Please wear appropriate swim clothing.

Maximum 20 participants, so we recommend contacting Ava-Jane before your first session.

The cost is £3.45 per participant, per session. Carers go free.

Pay by card at the main reception. Online booking coming soon.
