Pitch Up - Walking Football
A fun activity to help with balance, core strength and hand, eye co-ordination. You will learn and practice football techniques. This is open to all ages and abilities.
You will be able to set yourself personal goals to aim towards and improve your physical health. This is a really sociable activity so a good way to meet other people.
The first session is free but will then be £5. We are initially running this for 8 weeks and will carry on subject to interest on completion of the sessions. You do not have to commit to every session just turn up each week that you can make it.
This is on an inside pitch. Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity.
Family supporters/carers are welcome to join in as well.
