Physio led exercise - Newtownards

Physio led Parkinson's specific exercise classes in Newtownards for people living with Parkinson's and carers.  

Delivered by a physiotherapist with significant experience of Parkinson's.  

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

Suitable for all abilities.  

The cost is £5.00 per session.
