Physio Led Exercise Group, Woodingdean

Brighton and Hove branch are hosting a 55-minute-long, group physio exercise session for people with Parkinson’s. 

This session is led by a neuro-physiotherapist and is held at Woodingdean Community Centre, Warren Road, BN2 6BA.

Sessions are on Thursdays (term time only) from 1pm to 2pm. A subsidised charge of £7 per session is payable monthly in advance or £10 on the day.
