Physio-led Circuits Class Eastbourne

This requires an ability to move safely and independently from of a chair and around the room to complete set exercises

Booking is required as pre-assessment is essential.

Sessions run weekly and are paid upfront in a block booking.

Sessions run between 12:30am and 1:15pm every Thursday, with each session lasting 45 minutes.

Cost £15.00 per session.
