Physio Exercise classes
An exciting new exercise classes for people with Parkinson's, this class will incorporate a range of exercises - aerobics, walking and stepping, strength training using weights and bands, balance and agility, stretching to improve mobility and length of muscles, dexterity of hands, motor skills and thinking tasks to help the brain to adapt for improving movement and assist in slowing down progression of Parkinson's symptoms.
The class will be designated to all abilities with warm up and cool down sessions. This includes a circuit type set up.
