Physical activity sessions for people with Parkinson's

Our sessions are split into two parts: the first hour of our session (12-1pm) will be a physical activity session, followed by an optional social opportunity (1-1.45pm) in our Community Hub.

Our physical activity sessions are rugby-themed and specially designed in a safe, accessible and fun way to get you moving. Don't worry...no rugby experience is experience! Our sessions are led by trained coaches in exercise referral and rugby league, amongst many more!

After the session, we'll host a 45 minutes social opportunity in our Community Hub to provide opportunity for you to catch up after a great session.

No specialist equipment is required. Please bring along a water bottle and some non-slip shoes, along with clothes that you are comfortable to exercise in.

Advanced booking is preferred and we're happy to include partners/carers in our sessions.
