Physical Activity Sessions
- This is a great fun session to support people with Parkinson’s to keep active, or start slowly and have fun.
- The sessions will help muscle strength, heart health, coordination, balance and flexibility. Led by a trained instructor who will be able to adapt the session to meet everyone’s needs.
- 45 minute physical activity session, followed by 30 minutes social time, with a drink.
- Come and join us. The session is suitable for all ages and abilities - come and have a go.
- Partners and carers are welcome. No booking required. Simply wear comfy clothing and bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
- There is a large car park at the venue. The sessions will take place indoors, but as the summer months come there could be the opportunity to have some outdoor activities.
