Peterborough Branch - Pilates Class
Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed standing or sitting. This helps with strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core.
You need to wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes with a non slip sole or bare feet.
There is no need to book a place, just turn up.
The class costs £2 per person. There's free parking available at the rear of the building.
