Personal Training
One-to-one Personal Training is delivered in a private setting by a specialist trainer with experience in supporting people living with Parkinson’s. This individual approach ensures each session is fully tailored to personal needs, ability levels, and goals, with focused support, close supervision, and exercises adapted as required.
Sessions are one hour long and take place in a private environment with no other trainers working with clients at the same time. This ensures a calm, focused, and fully supported setting for every session.
Sessions are accessible to a range of ability levels and focus on improving mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. For people with Parkinson’s, regular one-to-one exercise can help support posture, coordination, walking ability, functional movement, and confidence in everyday life. Your trainer can also help you learn exercises and movements that you can safely practice on your own between sessions to support ongoing progress.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, along with supportive footwear, and participants may wish to bring a bottle of water. Partners and carers are welcome to attend.
One of our studios is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible for disabled access. The second studio is accessed via an external staircase.
