People with Parkinson’s Exercise Class
These classes includes using cardio machines for cardio/respiratory work, resistance band machines to develop strength, and work in the Studio alongside the gym for balance and flexibility.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
Parking is free.
There is a charge of £5.15
Please don’t just turn up to the class as you will not be able to join in until you have your ‘OK to workout’ form from your doctor and have had a one-to-one meeting with Aaron at the gym.
