Pendleside Movers and Shakers

Join the Pendleside Movers and Shakers group, we meet on the first Tuesday of the month from 4pm to 6pm at Pendleside Hospice.

To access the hospice groups we request patients/carers complete a referral which can be found on the Pendleside hospice website:  [email protected]  or people can ring reception on 01282 440100 who can take details and send a paper copy of the referral.  Their referral is then discussed in an MDT and the patient/carer will be invited to a Health & Wellbeing Drop-in initial assessment to identify how best to support people accessing the hospice services.
