PD Warrior Sheffield

PD Warrior is a vigorous exercise circuit class which is aimed at people who are newly diagnosed with Parkinson's.

Buddies are invited to attend.

You need to wear clothing suitable for exercise and must bring water with you.

Prior to attending you must be assessed by a Physiotherapist if you have not been through the programme previously.

Numbers are limited. The cost is £10 per session.

All therapists are PD Warrior trained and experienced Physiotherapists.
