PD Warrior - online class

PD Warrior vigorous exercise class which is delivered online and is aimed at people who are newly diagnosed with Parkinson's. 

People must be independently mobile and able to exercise.

Classes are delivered by experienced Physiotherapists and qualified PD Warrior instructors.

You will need to wear exercise clothing and have access to drinks.

You need a safe exercise space to work in and access to Zoom.

The cost is £7 per session.
