PD Fit Kingston - Online

PD Fit classes run by trained neuro physiotherapist. The classes are aimed at those who have recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's, at the early or moderate stages of Parkinson's, or still reasonably fit and active.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

Please note there is a cost of £7 per class.
