PD Challenge- Liss

Hobbs Rehabilitation is excited to announce their latest exercise group, running across 10 weeks for people with Parkinson's:
the 'PD Challenge'.

The 10-Week PD Challenge is an intensive and rewarding exercise program designed to help slow Parkinson's progression,
supported by well-researched principles. This program is perfect for those recently diagnosed with PD or in the early to mid
stages who aim to combat symptoms and slow the progression.

The PD Challenge will be a circuit-based exercise class run by a qualified Physiotherapist focusing on common impairments
such as freezing, stiffness, and slowness of movement, along with insightful educational features to motivate and guide you.
Additionally, we will introduce Strolll's new AR technology as part of the circuit setup.

We expect improvements not only in fitness, balance, and symptom reduction but also in confidence, mood, sleep, and
motivation. Our goal is that this short, intensive burst of exercise will equip you with management techniques to support you
beyond the confines of the group itself, and hopefully enjoy the sessions that you attend!

£12.50 per session paid in advance (commit to whole term of exercise classes)

Tuesdays, 1330-1430, 10 week terms
