Parky Power Boxing Club

Parky Power Boxing Club offers in-person and online boxing fitness training for people living with Parkinson's. 

Maxine Smith and Christian Smith are your Parky Power Boxing Club instructors and have experience of working with people with Parkinson's. Boxing is a great form of exercise for people with Parkinson’s. Parky Power Boxing Club includes exercises that will specifically help with balance, posture, functional movement and strength.

The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility. Partners and carers are welcome to attend the sessions. It's advised that you wear sports shoes and comfortable clothing.

Suggested donation of £5 per person when attending the in-person sessions.

Sessions are twice a month, usually on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 11am. Dates will be confirmed on the Facebook page and WhatsApp group. Please check the dates of the in-person classes before attending: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61572617964175
