Parky Pals Walking Football

Join us for Parky Pals Walking Football at Cirencester Arena. There are two sessions per month, on every other Tuesday afternoon, from 1:30-2:30pm. Arrive at the arena to take part in our Parkinson’s specific exercise session at 1:30, followed by a short game until 2:30 with the opportunity for a social chat upstairs afterwards.

Run in conjunction with Cirencester Phoenix Walking Football club, sessions are open to everyone 18+ looking to have fun, make friends, and improve their fitness, regardless of gender or ability.

These sessions consist of gentle exercises and slow-paced walking football. Whether participants are seasoned athletes or complete beginners, the sessions are designed to support them on their journey to becoming actively fit and healthy.

The club provides dedicated session managers and a team of helpers/coaches to ensure that each session is supportive and enjoyable. More than twenty club members volunteer their time, energy, and laughter.

Everyone is welcome to be part of the fun, friendship, and fitness.

All participants are encouraged to play at their own pace, for the sessions are about being part of a team.

Sessions are £5 per person and everyone must register for a place in advance to play. More information, and the registration form are available on the branch website here
