Parkinson’s Walking Football

Walking football is a slower-paced version of traditional football (soccer) designed primarily for older adults or people with limited mobility. It follows most of the standard rules of football but includes a key restriction: players are not allowed to run—they must walk at all times.
 

Sessions will be delivered by qualified coach from Mansfield Town Community Trust.
Sessions will be delivered in an inclusive way taking in consideration all conditions.
Sessions will be run on Astro pitch outside One Call Stadium.


Clothing: sessions will take place outside so please consider appropriate clothing, trainers or football boots advised (no metal studs).
Partners/carers are more than welcome to join in.
Free and no need to book in.
Ideal for all levels of abilities.
All genders welcome to join.
