Parkinson's Tennis, Paddock Wood

Parkinson's tennis sessions. Adapting the skills and techniques used in tennis to exercise in a fun and sociable environment.  

This is a free indoor tennis session for people living with Parkinson's. Partners/carers are welcome. 

Paul is the friendly tennis coach for these sessions and has completed training to help make the game more accessible for people with Parkinson's.  

No experience needed and all equipment is provided. 

The tennis sessions take place at Paddock Wood Community Centre. This venue has free onsite parking and is level access throughout. 

The tennis sessions take place every Wednesday from 12 midday to 14:00.
