Parkinson's Tennis

Parkinson's tennis is a smaller scale version of the game played indoor on wooden floors, and is great for fitness and staying social.

Low-impact exercise – Gentle on joints, making it ideal for older adults or those with injuries.
 

Improves cardiovascular health – Boosts heart rate and circulation without excessive exertion.
 

Enhances coordination & balance – Helps maintain stability and prevent falls.
 

Builds strength & endurance – Engages muscles without high-impact stress.
 

Aids in weight management – Burns calories and supports an active lifestyle.
