Parkinson's Table Tennis, Stonehaven

Social table tennis tailored to each persons age and ability. Low level physical activity that improves eye hand coordination, core strength and cognitive areas in a social, friendly setting. Lead by a qualified sports coach with training in Parkinson's.

No prior table tennis knowledge is required and it is open to all levels. All sports equipment is provided with indoor sports footwear or similar preferred. Comfortable clothing for activity is suggested.  Places and attendance are approved by the session coach with weekly booking not required by registered attendees

Free to play but donation welcome (£3 suggested). Venue is fully accessible and has accessible toilets on same level as hall. Partners / carers welcome.
