Parkinson's Table Tennis, Seaford

Informal table tennis sessions for people with Parkinson's and partners and carers. 

Wave Active Leisure will provide up to 4 tables (with bats and balls) each week for anyone that would like to play. You do not need to come for the full 2 hours, this is a drop-in session. Do as much or as little as you like!

You do not need any experience of table tennis to join these sessions - all welcome.

At your first session, Wave Active will ask that you complete a form about medical conditions/history for their records.

When: Fridays from 1pm to 3pm

Where: Downs Leisure Centre, Sutton Road, Seaford

Cost: £3 per session
