Parkinson's Swim Session Eastbourne

A free swimming session for those with Parkinson's, their family and friends.  Whether you want to splash around or just relax, you’ll enjoy the water at your own pace in a comfortable setting. The session will take place in a private section of the pool, away from the pressure of other swimmers. Carers are also welcome to attend for free.

A disabled lift hoist is available if needed and the car park has disabled bays available.

Please contact the centre if you would like to visit and view the facilities before your swim.

No booking is required, please just turn up on the day and let the team know you're here for the Parkinson's swim.
