Parkinson's Sporting Memories Group

In partnership with Sporting Memories, we are excited to bring you these fun, interactive, and cognitively stimulating sessions. Sporting Memories is a charity and social enterprise that helps people to reminisce, replay, and connect.

These sessions are for anyone affected by Parkinson’s, looking to keep mentally active, and increase community engagement. The sessions run every Thursday from 10.30am to 12 noon.

You can look forward to reminiscing, camaraderie, team quizzes, and some light movement (which can be done seated). You can also enjoy a cuppa, a biscuit, and a good blether! Refreshments are provided.

On-site and street parking available, as well as a bus stop (number 3,8,29) directly outside the venue. This venue has disabled access.

The session facilitator is trained by Sporting Memories and supported by a volunteer. Attendance is free.
