Parkinson's Sporting Memories Group

In partnership with Sporting Memories, we are excited to bring you these fun, interactive, and cognitively stimulating sessions.

Sporting Memories is a charity and social enterprise that helps people to reminisce, replay, and connect. These sessions will be held weekly every Monday from 10.30am to 12 noon (starting Monday 17 March).

These sessions are for anyone affected by Parkinson’s, looking to keep mentally active, and increase community engagement.

You can look forward to reminiscing, camaraderie, team quizzes, and some light movement (which can be done seated). You can also enjoy a cuppa, a biscuit, and a good blether! Refreshments are provided.

Disabled parking is directly outside of the venue. Free parking in the large car park to the rear. Bus stop 180 yards walk. The venue has disabled access.

The session facilitator is trained by Sporting Memories and supported by a volunteer. Attendance is free.
